ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

The meeting’s official language will be English, for all documentation. 

Each author who participates in person will be entitled to submit 2 abstracts (for oral communication or poster).

Each author who participates online will be entitled to submit 1 abstract (for poster).

Authors shall indicate the presentation preference (oral communication or poster) of the submitted abstract(s). However, the Scientific Committee will decide over the final format.

The abstract must contain a brief introduction, objective, methodology, main findings and conclusion. The text length in the abstract body should not exceed 2500 characters with spaces (neither the title, authors names, affiliations nor the acknowledgements are counted). References and non-usual abbreviations shoud be avoided.

Abstract acceptance or rejection will be notified by e-mail. Presentation criteria and other details will also be sent by-email.
